These Terms cover your use of this website and how event bookings with Geaux BIG Entertainment work at a high level. Your signed event contract is the controlling agreement for any booking; where it differs from this page, the contract wins.

Quotes we send through the site or by email are estimates until confirmed in a signed contract. A date is reserved only when the contract is signed and any required deposit is paid. Deposit, payment, and cancellation terms are stated in the contract for your event.

You agree not to use this website to break the law, harm others, scrape data in bulk without permission, or infringe anyone's intellectual property.

Content on this site, including text, photos, and the Geaux BIG name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not republish it without permission. Photos taken at your event are handled per your event contract.

The website is provided "as is" without warranty. We do our best to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service commitments for booked events live in the event contract, not this page.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability related to a booked event is governed by the event contract.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
